USER AGREEMENTt: MANUFACTURING RULES, SETUP FEES, AND DESIGN FILE POLICIES
1. Studio Software & Account Usage
- 3D Configurator Access: We grant users a limited, revocable license to access our 3D Studio Configurator to create, preview, and place commercial custom apparel orders.
- Age Restrictions: Users must be 18 years or older, or at least 13 years old operating under strict parental or guardian supervision, to place an order or buy products.
- Policy Adaptation: We reserve the absolute right to unilaterally update these Terms and Conditions to reflect internal studio process updates, with your continued site usage constituting agreement.
2. Technical Art & Digitisation Rules
- Free Design Text: Embroidery digitisation is completely free of charge, provided the customized lettering or text layout is constructed natively using our 3D designer interface.
- Custom Graphics Surcharge: Any external artwork, uploaded logos, or third-party vector designs requiring custom embroidery conversion are subject to a transparent, non-refundable £20.00 manual setup fee.
- The Clean Map Rule: We strictly refuse external DST or PES machine files to prevent production errors; all files are mapped internally at a 2,400-node layout baseline.
- Colour Boundary Enforcement: Custom embroidery runs are strictly limited to a maximum configuration of 6 colours per design to safeguard garment registration and fabric tension.
3. Production, Proofs, and Liability
- Studio Proof Approvals: Customers hold sole legal responsibility for reviewing and explicitly signing off on the high-fidelity digital Studio Proof generated by our human-led intake audit.
- Accuracy Guarantee Boundaries: Once a customer confirms their Studio Proof, we guarantee total physical mapping accuracy, and no refunds or modifications can be issued for user-approved design errors.
- Intellectual Property Indemnity: Users warrant they hold absolute legal rights to all uploaded graphics and explicitly indemnify Custom T-Shirts UK against any third-party copyright or trademark infringement claims.
- Multi-Location Fees: Base prices cover a single decoration location, and any additional print or embroidery placements will be billed starting from £5.00 per placement.
