Studio Design Uploads: We collect and store all vector graphics, high-fidelity Canva exports, and image files uploaded to our 3D Studio Configurator solely to execute your manufacturing orders.
In-House Mapping Retention: To streamline your re-orders and future production runs, your digitized 2,400-node layout configuration maps are stored securely within our private internal network database.
Zero Asset Commercialization: Your brand geometry, intellectual property, custom logos, and design assets belong entirely to you; we will never sell, distribute, or license your artwork to any third party.

Identifiable Data: We securely collect your name, business name, shipping address, telephone number, and email address to process orders and manage your account.
Payment Security: Financial data and credit card transactions are handled entirely through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. No raw credit card details are ever stored on our servers.
System Communications: Your contact details are used exclusively for automated status updates, digital Studio Proof approvals, tracking numbers, and critical account security alerts.

Internal Auditing Records: Transaction records, invoice data, and finalized order histories are retained securely to meet UK accounting standards and business tax legalities.
Session Cookies: We utilize functional digital cookies to remember the custom configurations inside your 3D design canvas, maintain your secure account login, and preserve your shopping basket items.
Strict Confidentiality: Access to your account details and high-resolution art assets is restricted exclusively to our trained, in-house studio team members during human-led intake auditing.
