What is your Design Proof Guarantee and how does it protect me?
We never print or stitch your clothing blindly. After you place your order online, our in-house production team manually reviews your uploaded design files. We check for razor-sharp text clarity, position accuracy, and stitching stability. We then email you a realistic digital sample proof for your 100% sign-off before any machinery starts running.
What file format is best to upload for custom clothing?
For absolute clarity, we highly recommend uploading high-resolution vectors or transparent files. If you use Canva to design your brand logos, simply save your project as a PNG file, check the “Transparent Background” box, and drop it straight into our online customiser tool.
